Stock Gaskets :
Uni Klinger manufactures and stocks a wide rang eof standard pie flange gaskets to IS, ANSI & DIN standards in both flat ring for raised face flanges or full face for flat face configurations.

Anti-Stick :
Klinger 3XA anti-stick property eliminates the need for application of graphite or grease. Use of graphite or grease impairs the creep resistance of all jointing and is not recommended.

The ASTM F607 release test on Klinger 3XA shows more than a three – fold improvement compared to standard jointing.

Anti-Corrosion :
Klinger 3XA surface finish reduces the amount of reachable chlorides at the contact surface with the flange, thus substantially reducing the corrosive effect of materials with reachable chlorides over 100 ppm.

The ASTM F64 corrosion test shows that our materials are classified in category 1 of 6 categories where 6 indicates the highest degree of corrosive attack.

3XA Improves Sealing qualities :
3XA completely conforms to the irregularities of the flange face giving better micro sealing.

Klinger tests based on the DIN 3535 gas leakage test gives typical results of 0.2ml/min for 3XA finish).

Industrial Roll Lining has a medium\high co-efficient of friction combined with moderate temperature and wear resistance.

Industrial Roll Lining   is available in roll form. Segments cones and special shapes can easily cut from it. WA.BA is designed solely for use under dry condition. It can also be supplied with both surface ground.
